2nd of 2-part Leadership Series
Interpersonal interactions have the power to propel your team forward or hold them back. But like all healthy relationships, a productive workplace is built on a foundation of trust. So what happens when there is a gap between what you expect from others and what you experience? Team members decide for themselves how they will fill in these gaps. In this training we learn both how to trust others and how to be trustworthy ourselves.
