1st of 2-part Leadership Series
It is truly possible to be productive in environments other than a traditional office, whether it’s a coffee shop, a remote office, or even at home. For many organizations, remote work has moved beyond theory to become the way they do business. In this training we’ll discover the benefits of remote work, some guidelines for how to be successful at it, and introduce a tool that positions remote workers (or those that manage them) for success. Offered as separate modules for Remote Employees or for Managers of Remote Employees.
