Program: Diversity Equity & Inclusion Isn’t Dead in Human Resources: It’s Just Evolving

In the session titled "Diversity Equity & Inclusion Isn't Dead in Human Resources: It's Just Evolving: Dr. Marche' Fleming-Randle, will discuss the importance of promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) in organizations and HR leadership. Despite a downturn in DEI trends in 2023, it is crucial to prioritize DE&I in 2024.

The session will address the reasons behind the decline in DEI trends in 2023 and provide key points for training HR leaders and employees to ensure that the emphasis on DE&I is prioritized.
